Rehabilitating your core, flattening your stomach and defining your abs post-baby involves engaging and toning your entire trunk system, pelvic floor and diagram. Your abs can and do come back, BUT in order to prevent injury and truly rebuild, you need to know how!

This 1-hour movement class is focused entirely on reclaiming your abdominal and core muscles post baby. You will walk away armed with the information you need to get back into your favorite classes and begin working out safely and sustainably!
