What is Foundations?

 

Foundations is a 12-week, complete body restructuring program for new and not-so-new moms. Rachel leads intimate groups in Brooklyn (Park Slope or Dumbo) and Manhattan (Flatiron). Under Rachel’s doctor-recommended guidance, you will heal and strengthen your postnatal body safely from the inside out. The class meets weekly and includes daily at-home workout videos.

*Pre-crawling babies are welcome but not required*
