In this 4-part program, Rachel teaches you how to lift weights through establishing core strength, pelvic floor function, hip and glute strength and mobilizing your key back and chest muscles - so that you are achieving full body strength for a lifetime.
Before lifting, we activate and engage the deep core, glutes, and pelvic floor to create a strong foundation for safe, effective strength training.
Built in 4-parts, Rachel teaches you how to progressively build muscle with foundational trunk strength followed by controlled, intentional weightlifting - starting with light resistance (2-5 lbs) and gradually increasing to 10 lbs (max).
RM REVIVE builds and keeps muscles for longevity - translating directly into your favorite activities like hiking, skiing, running, and boutique fitness - so you feel strong, capable, and confident in daily life.

You can begin RM Heal as soon as you feel ready. Your 4th trimester recovery starts with gentle movement and awareness—many begin by watching the intro video and slowly engaging with foundational exercises.
For vaginal births, you can start anytime you feel comfortable. For C-sections, we recommend waiting until your incision is fully closed and you can stand, sit, and walk comfortably. If anything feels painful, pause, check with your doctor, and resume when you're ready. RM Heal is designed to meet you where you are, whenever that may be.
Yes. RM Heal is specifically designed to heal your postpartum injuries: diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse and pelvic floor pain. We also highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor PT for an assessment post delivery.
