Geared towards all movement teachers, Rachel will guide you through a complete overview of postnatal physiology, including the most common postnatal injuries (organ prolapse, incontinence, wrist and back pain, pelvic tension and instability). Learn how to check for Diastasis Recti, and when to refer a client to a pelvic PT.
Rachel will teach you the fundamentals of her proprietary Revolution Motherhood fitness method, which incorporates soft foam rollers, yoga, PT, barre, pilates and muscle isolating techniques — all essential tools that will change how you teach core integration to every student, male or female. To round out the day, Rachel will show you how to translate your new postnatal knowledge into your personal work with clients.
