With over 20 years in private practice, she has guided hundreds of women to heal, strengthen and achieve pain-free, active lives. Her unique body education and cross training method blends human physiology, yoga, fascial tissue care, and precise mind-body cuing to teach and guide women through every life change and adventure. Rachel frequently partners with physicians and pelvic floor PT to treat postnatal recovery, all childbirth related injuries, chronic pain, orthopedic and pelvic health in women of all ages.
