RM ‘BECOMING’

PRE-NATAL: all trimesters

Drop-in : Build confidence in your prenatal body while learning how to workout for strength and ease throughout your pregnancy.

Taught by Rachel, you’ll receiver her expert guidance as you navigate pregnancy and prepare for birth and recovery.

Each BECOMING class is a full body balancing and strength-training workout that mobilizes your back, activates your core and teaches you how to workout safely and effectively.  You’ll feel taller, connected, easeful, strong and lighter after every class. 

FOUNDATIONS

POST-NATAL: Phases 1 + 2

Rachel’s Signature 8-Week full-body re-education + strength program.

Beginning deep, on your internal core, Foundations quickly builds into your glutes, ribs, shoulders, back and side waist to deliver a complete body re-patterning and strength program for all moms: newly post partum to multi years, this is where you start.

Foundations specifically targets injury recovery, pain and tension release, strengthening diastasis-recti, incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

INTEGRATION

POST-NATAL: Phases 2 +3

Rachel’s 8- Week program for moms who have recovered from their initial birth related injuries and are ready to build a fitness lifestyle.

Each Integration class is a full body workout that builds deep + superficial core strength while increasing your overall fitness + stamina.

Tackling complex cross body strength and mobility, Integration is tailored to the group and delivers a program of full body fitness that will get you playing, running, jumping and happy for the rest of your life. The perfect combination workout that meets all parts of your mom-body + life needs.

Integration builds on the concepts learned in Foundations, but Foundations is NOT a pre-requisite.

RM SIGNATURE

POST-NATAL: Phase 3

Drop-in and take your fitness to the next level with muscle-fatiguing workouts that merge yoga flow, bootcamp, pilates, sculpting, ab shred and cardio burst intervals.

Sequenced for core activating alignment, easeful strength and cathartic movement, every RM SIGNATURE class is unique, with its own theme and flow. You can expect a full body workout every time that tones your abs, thighs, glutes and arms while delivering the guidance and inspiration you need to cut through the noise and feel your authentic mom-self.
