The concepts you learn in BEGIN help prevent diastasis recti, ease swelling and chronic pregnancy aches, while preparing you for birth and an active, full recovery.
RM teaches you how your core muscles work, how to activate them when they turn off + how to strengthen them as they change shape throughout your pregnancy = reduces back and hip pain, prevents diastasis recti, prepares you for pushing and expedites your postnatal recovery.
RM’s proprietary cross training method uses the soft foam roller to reduce swelling and discomfort while continuously activating and training your TVA and pelvic floor for functional strength, birth and an active recovery.
RM’s expert body education teaches you about your changing body every step of the way, so you are never lost in fear. Instead, you're in the driver’s seat of your health and fitness choices.

Our signature roller work and targeted strength exercises help relieve tension, improve alignment, and prevent common pregnancy-related pains in the back, hips, and pelvic floor.
You can begin RM Heal as soon as you feel ready. Your 4th trimester recovery starts with gentle movement and awareness—many begin by watching the intro video and slowly engaging with foundational exercises.
For vaginal births, you can start anytime you feel comfortable. For C-sections, we recommend waiting until your incision is fully closed and you can stand, sit, and walk comfortably. If anything feels painful, pause, check with your doctor, and resume when you're ready. RM Heal is designed to meet you where you are, whenever that may be.
