How to take advantage of HSA/FSA eligibility

  1. Follow the link to purchase your Revolution Motherhood membership, class, or merchandise.
  2. At checkout, pay with your normal credit or debit card.
  3. After you complete your purchase, you’ll see a link to a qualification survey on your confirmation screen or in your email receipt.
  4. Take the quick survey to determine your eligibility.
  5. In 1-2 business days, Truemed will email your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) and provide instructions for receiving reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator. Note: This is administered by our partner Truemed and there is a one-time fee to receive your LMN.
