STEP 01
Complete your RM App Membership, class or merchandise purchase per usual.
STEP 02
At checkout, pay with your normal credit or debit card.
STEP 03
After you complete your purchase, you'll see a link to a qualification survey on your confirmation screen or in your email receipt.
STEP 04
Take the quick survey to determine your eligibility.
STEP 05
In 1-2 business days, Truemed will email your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) and provide instructions for receiving reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrator.
